Returns & Refunds

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • To start a return, email us at  hello@fransmartllc.com   with your order number and reason for return 
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo of the issue
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
  • You do NOT need to return damaged items

Wrong Item Received

  • If you received the wrong item, we will ship the correct one at no extra cost and arrange return of the wrong item at our expense

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover all return shipping costs
  • If you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility

  • "Original shipping fees are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns."

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
