Ecofrans Collaborator Agreement & Policy

Effective Date: August 2026

This Agreement governs the relationship between Ecofrans (“Brand”) and any individual or entity (“Collaborator”) who participates in the Ecofrans affiliate/collaborator program.

1. Program Overview

The Ecofrans Collaborator Program allows approved individuals to earn commission by promoting Ecofrans products through unique affiliate links and/or discount codes.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have an active social media presence or content platform
  • Must agree to all terms in this policy before participating
  • Must provide valid identification and tax information upon request

3. Commission & Payments

  • Collaborators earn a commission percentage on each qualifying sale generated through their affiliate link or discount code
  • Commission rates are set by Ecofrans and communicated at the time of approval
  • A holding period of 14–30 days applies before commissions are released, to account for returns or cancellations
  • Payments are processed automatically via Shopify Collabs (Hyperwallet/PayPal). Collaborators must set up a valid payout account to receive earnings
  • Minimum payout threshold: $25 USD

4. Collaborator Responsibilities

  • Promote Ecofrans products honestly and accurately
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all content (required by FTC guidelines — use #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate)
  • Do not make false claims about products
  • Do not use paid advertising to promote affiliate links without prior written approval from Ecofrans
  • Do not engage in spam, misleading promotions, or unethical marketing practices

5. Brand Guidelines

  • Use only approved product images and descriptions provided by Ecofrans
  • Do not alter product images in a misleading way
  • Maintain a tone consistent with Ecofrans brand values: family-friendly, practical, and premium

6. Content & Usage Rights

By participating in the program, Collaborators grant Ecofrans a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reuse, repurpose, and share content created in connection with Ecofrans products across our marketing channels (social media, ads, website), with credit where possible.

7. Termination

  • Ecofrans reserves the right to terminate any collaborator’s participation at any time for violation of this policy, fraudulent activity, or brand misrepresentation
  • Collaborators may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying Ecofrans in writing
  • Pending commissions at the time of termination will be paid out after the holding period, provided no policy violations occurred

8. Confidentiality

Collaborators agree not to disclose any confidential business information shared by Ecofrans during the partnership.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Ecofrans operates.
